ingredients

  • 2 sheets rice paper, cut into quarters
  • 5 oz sashimi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • ½ avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced

let's make it

  1. 01

    dice the tuna, then mix with sriracha, mayonnaise, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, green onion + sesame seeds. set aside

  2. 02

    slice the avocado + jalapeño and have all your toppings ready to go

  3. 03

    cut each sheet of rice paper into quarters

  4. 04

    heat a shallow layer of oil in a pan, then fry the rice paper pieces until puffed + crispy. transfer to a paper towel-lined plate

  5. 05

    top each crispy rice paper piece with avocado, spicy tuna + jalapeño

  6. 06

    finish with extra green onion + sesame seeds & enjoy
