intro
this takes 10 minutes, requires zero cooking, and has been saving me when i need something quick
ingredients
- 5 oz tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1 English cucumber
for serving
- sesame seeds
- green onions, thinly sliced
let's make it
- 01
in a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and green onion. mix and set aside
- 02
cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds
- 03
spoon the spicy tuna mixture into the cucumber halves, then slice into pieces
- 04
top with sesame seeds + green onions & enjoy
notes
- — scoop out enough of the cucumber to make room for plenty of tuna, but leave enough around the edges to keep the crunch.
- — best eaten right away while the cucumber is extra crisp.
