2 tbsp unsalted butter, browned
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract

brown the butter, then add the brown sugar + granulated sugar and mix to combine

add the egg yolk + vanilla and mix again

add the flour, baking soda, salt + espresso powder and mix until just combined

fold in a few chocolate chips, then transfer the dough to a mini oven-safe skillet

bake uncovered for 11 minutes
