  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • salt + black pepper

udon

  • 8 oz udon noodles
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

bowl

  • ½ avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup edamame

for serving

  • chili oil
  • sesame seeds

let's make it

    preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 02

    season the salmon with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper. bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through

    cook udon noodles according to package instructions. toss with soy sauce, miso paste, and grated ginger

    divide the udon between bowls and add the salmon, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and scallions
